As the directorate clarified that the opening of the 2 crossings is for the Lebanese and their family members who wish to return from Syria, provided that they have a PCR examination for the coronavirus, with a negative result, and the directorate indicated that the movement of the crossing points will be from 9 am till 6 pm only.
Adding that the “PCR” examination shouldn’t exceed over 96 hours, provided that the entrants would have another examination by the Lebanese Ministry of Health teams at the border.
Syria and Lebanon had taken strict measures regarding the movement of their citizens across the borders between the 2 countries since the start of the new coronavirus pandemic, mainly through closing the borders, while sometimes allowing humanitarian cases to cross.
