The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had recorded 32 violations of the ceasefire agreement in the “de-escalation” zone northwestern Syria committed by the militants of “Al-Nusra Front” organization deployed in “Idlib” and its countryside.

The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that “Al-Nusra Front” organization, enlisted on the international terrorism list, fired 32 rockets on a number of villages and towns within the areas of the Syrian state for hours on Friday.

The ministry indicated that the “Al-Nusra” attacks were /19/ in Idlib countryside, /6/ in Lattakia’s, /4/ in Aleppo’s, and /3/ in Hama’s.

In the same context, “Al-Nusra” attacks coincided with the supporting Turkish forces continued military escalation on the areas of the town of “Tal Tamer” northwest “Hasakah”. SDC sources reported that the Turkish forces and armed factions violently bombarded the town’s countryside on Friday evening.

The sources pointed out that the attacks on “Tal Tamer” countryside targeted the villages of “Al-Dardara”, “Kozliya” and “Al-Khashmeh” through rocket and artillery shells, resulting in material damage to some houses but no human casualties.

For more than thirty days, all regions of northern Syria have witnessed a Turkish military escalation, initially represented with the columns of military reinforcements that the Turkish forces introduced to their illegal bases in the region, and the subsequent mobilization of their forces and militias on various fighting fronts, especially in the countryside of Idlib and Aleppo.

Although most of the Turkish military mobilization centrated on the fighting fronts south of Idlib, the Turkish escalation appeared most intensely in the northern countryside of Aleppo over the past week, through violent attacks on the villages and towns of the region, which soon turned into mutual targeting between the Turkish forces and the various Kurdish factions deployed in northern Aleppo countryside.

As for the areas of “Hasakah” countryside, the military escalation began there late last week with heavy shelling on the villages of “Umm al-Keif”, “Al-Dardara” and “Kuzliya” under the control of the “SDF” in the countryside of “Tal Tamer”, which called for an “SDF” response attacking the Turkish forces and targeting the points of Ankara militants around the villages of “Aniq al-Hawa” and “Khirbet Jamo” in the same countryside.
