Violent clashes between the “Ankara Factions” and the “SDF” in the countryside of Aleppo.
Several areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo witnessed violent clashes between the militants of the Turkish factions, and the “SDF” militants, during which both sides used light and medium weapons.
Sources of the Syrian Documentation Center reported that t militants of the “Azm” operations room, announced recently formed with Turkish support, clashed with the “SDF” in the vicinity of the areas of “Al-Yashli”, “Tal Ali” and “Al-Jatal” in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.
The source added that Turkish artillery bombings targeted the village of “Sheikh Issa” northwest of Aleppo, which is under the control of the “Kurdish Units”, which resulted in material damage to civilian property.
The “Manbij Military Council” affiliated with the “SDF” said that its militants thwarted an infiltration operation carried out by the “Ankara faction” militants on the front lines of “Manbij” northeast of Aleppo, as it was repelled, amid violent clashes that caused several injuries.
The Turkish forces targeted yesterday evening, from their bases in “Al-Shuwaiha” and “Al-Yashli”, the villages of “Al-Jamousiya”, “Al-Sayada” and “Al-Dandania” in the countryside of “Al-Bab” city in the same countryside, through more than 20 mortar shells, as this resulted in material damage to the villages.
Clashes continue in the countryside of Aleppo, between the Turkish forces and the “SDF” despite the existence of a Russian-Turkish ceasefire agreement, but the escalation on both sides is still going on at a time when civilians are paying the price for those confrontations.
