The Turkish Defense announces an increase in the number of its killed soldiers after targeting their vehicle in Idlib countryside
The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced this morning, Sunday, that the death toll of its forces as a result of targeting one of its military vehicles yesterday evening, Saturday, on the “Idlib – Binnish” road in Idlib countryside rose to 3 soldiers after one of the wounded soldiers died.
This makes the outcome of the IED explosion that targeted the Turkish military vehicle, which was adopted by the “Ansar Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Brigade”, /3/ killed and /3/ wounded of the Turkish forces.
SDC sources stated that a violent explosion took place on the “Idlib-Bennish” road yesterday evening, Saturday, whereas a military vehicle of the Turkish forces was targeted with an IED, which led to the complete destruction of the vehicle, killing and wounding those inside.
The sources explained that the Turkish forces cordoned off the site of the explosion, after which Turkish helicopters transported the dead and injured to the Turkish state of “Hatay”, before the “Ansar Abu Bakr al-Siddiq” brigade claimed responsibility for the targeting.
Late last month, the Turkish forces in the countryside of Idlib were targeted similarly when an IED detonated while a Turkish column was passing through one of the checkpoints of the “al-Nusra Front” organization in the town of Qaminas, which led to several casualties among the forces Turkish.
