Iranian condemnation of Damascus bombing Yemeni ambassador: The operation bears the American imprint
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, “Saeed Khatibzadeh,” expressed his country’s condemnation of the bombing that targeted a Syrian army’s dormitory bus in the center of the Syrian capital, Damascus.
Zadeh said that the terrorist acts of the armed groups will not deter the people and the state in Syria from fighting terrorism and liberating the occupied territories.
In turn, the Yemeni ambassador in Damascus, “Abdullah Ali Sabri,” described the bombing as bearing the American imprint, expressing condemnation of the terrorist operation during a message of condolence he sent today to Foreign Minister “Faisal al-Miqdad.”
Sabri considered that the operation was an attempt to obstruct the path of international and regional openness to Syria. The Syrian Assistant Foreign Minister, Ayman Susan, saw that the bombing came as an expression of despair due to defeating the conspiratorial scheme against Syria.
“Sousan” explained that “choosing a crowded area to carry out the bombing at the prime time when citizens go to their work, confirms that these killers were targeting the largest number of victims among innocent citizens, but that such terrorist crimes would not hinder efforts to consolidate stability and security in all Syrian regions”.
“Susan” accused for the bombing those he described as the owners of the conspiracy scheme against Syria, led by the Israeli occupation entity, “because this scheme was mainly to serve the entity and its agendas, while its tools in the region bears the direct responsibility.”
It is noteworthy that the Syrian capital, Damascus, witnessed this morning the detonation of two explosive devices in a bus for the Syrian army at the “Al Rais Bridge”, killing 14 people and wounding others, while a third bomb that fell from the bus after the explosion was dismantled.
