A new crime by the Turkish “gendarmerie” on the border strip in northern Syria.
The Turkish border guards, the “gendarmerie” committed a new crime, in which a young Syrian man was shot near the border strip in the northeast of Aleppo.
The sources reported that the Turkish “gendarmerie” deliberately shot a young man this morning while he was near the border strip north of the city of “Ain Arab” in the countryside of Aleppo.
The sources indicated that the young man was inside one of the agricultural lands near the border strip, accompanied by members of his family, who rescued him after he was shot by the Turkish border guards.
The sources added that the young man died minutes after arriving at the hospital due to a severe abdominal injury, to join the list of hundreds of victims who were shot by the “gendarmerie” since the Turkish forces took control of the border areas in northern Syria.
The number of civilian casualties who have been shot by Turkish border guards since the start of the Syrian war exceeds 520 civilians dead and wounded, including about 91 children and 45 women, in crimes that the Turkish forces justify as a response to the attempts of civilians to cross the border illegally, towards the Turkish territory.
