Days after declaring an agreement, Nusra Front and Hurras al-Din that is affiliated with al-Qaeda had confrontations once again.

An SDC field source said Nusra Front brought new reinforcements to Arab Sayeed village, blocked all roads that lead to the village, and then beseiged and entered it . Arab Sayeed village is considered one of the main strongholds of Hurras al-Din.

The source said Nusra Front members were deployed in the streets in search of wanted members of Hurras al-Din and beseiged the house of Abu Omar Manhaj, a leader in Hurras al-Din, arrested him and took him to an unknown destination although the agreement stipulated removing all Hurras al-Din checkpoints and allowing the village residents to stay or leave the village and to keep their personal weapons without being under the risk of Nusra Front arrest.

On Sunday, “Stand Firm” Operation Room issued a surprising statement, pledging allegiance to ISIS and working on ISIS instructions and upon orders of its leader, Abu Ibraheem al-Hashimi al-Qurashi.

The operation room called all factions to join ISIS and pledge allegiance to al-Qurashi. The operation room threatened to fight Nusra Front and the Turkish forces in Idlib after the big losses Hurras al-Din incurred last week.
