The SDF kidnapped a girl in Amuda to be forcibly recruited into its ranks.
The “SDF” militants kidnapped a girl from “Amuda” in the northern countryside of Al-Hasakah, and then drove her to the forced recruitment camps in their ranks.
Sources of the Syrian Documentation Center reported that the “SDF” elements kidnapped the girl “Delphine Al-Omari” who is 13 years old while she was coming back to her home, where she was taken to the forced recruitment camps.
The source pointed out that the kidnapping was carried out by the “revolutionary youth” of the “SDF”, which has a bad reputation for carrying out kidnappings and assassinations.
The source pointed out that “Al-Omari” is studying in middle school and that her family has issued distress calls to save the girl from the hands of the “revolutionary youth”, which is not subject to any supervision by any party in the area, and practices all forms of violations against civilians including children.
This came within the framework of the “SDF’s” arbitrary campaigns to forcibly mobilize young men, girls and children in its ranks.
After the intense arrest campaigns against young men in the regions of the Syrian Jazeera to forcibly recruit them, the “SDF” has worked on recruiting girls and take them to its camps.
Noting that it was announced in more than one occasion of its agreement with international organizations to prevent the child recruitment, and that it will hold accountable everyone who will drive any minors to recruitment camps, but this didn’t stop the kidnapping and recruitment of children in contravention of the international laws.
